PREVENT Radicalisation and Extremism
Silver Tree Primary School supports the Home Office ’4P’ Prevent strategy to combat radicalisation and terrorism. The 4P’s are:
- and Prevent.
We believe that all people should treat everyone with respect whatever their race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, special need or disability.
You can find out more from our Prevent Radicalisation and Extremism Policy and our British Values Policy in the school polices section of our website.
Thank you to parents who returned our survey. We will use these to help shape our policy and delivery. I am delighted with the positive response to questions relating to how school currently tackles issues of democracy, tolerance, respect, rule of law and work with a variety of groups/communities.
