Are you bored during the holidays?

Parents - are you looking for ideas to keep the children busy?

Here are some suggestions.

Go swimming. Swimming is free for under 16´s in all County Durham pools. Check with your local pool for times.

Visit a museum. Lots of them are free. Check the museum website to see if they have any special activities running for children. Visit your local library. Borrow a book and check out some of the activities the library is running during the holidays.

The Bobby Robson Centre. During the holidays Simply Sport run a variety of Fun Days for children throughout Durham. Check their website for details. http://www.simplysportltd.co.uk/holidays.htm There could be a small charge for the activities.
